Als Anwendungsberater (m/w/d) bei crossbase bist du der direkte Ansprechpartner bei PIM- und E-Commerce-Projekten. Du beantwortest Fragen, nimmst Informationen entgegen und übernimmst die Kommunikation mit unseren Entwicklern.
• Du bist Teil unseres „crossbase-France“-Teams und betreust unsere Kunden in Frankreich und BeNeLux

Die Aufgaben

• Eine eigenverantwortliche, teamorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Lernbereitschaft zeichnen dich aus
• Du verfügst über ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten sowie gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Du zeigst Ausdauer bei der Konzeption kreativer Problemlösungen und hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden

Die Qualifikationen
• Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit, z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnliches
• Du bist Berufseinsteiger oder hast erste Erfahrungen im Management von IT-Projekten
• Idealerweise ist Französisch deine Muttersprache, mindestens jedoch verfügst du über verhandlungssichere Französischkenntnisse (C1)
