Übersicht
Die Aufgaben
Je nachdem, welche Kenntnisse du mitbringst, ist ein Einsatz in den folgenden Bereichen möglich:
- • Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (vor allem LinkedIn)
- • Social Selling: Aufbau und Pflege von Vertriebskontakten über Social Media
- • Unterstützung unseres Vertriebs (Content-Bereitstellung, Entwicklung von Kampagnen)
- • Erstellung von ansprechenden Inhalten, teilweise mit externen Mitarbeitern (u. a. Texte, Videos)
- • Unterstützung bei weiteren Marketing-Themen (Website, Newsletter, Messen etc.)
- • Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer gesamten Marketing-Strategie
Die Anforderungen
- • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Die Qualifikationen
- • Praktische Erfahrung im Social Media Marketing und idealerweise im Social Selling
- • Gute Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud für den professionellen Einsatz (insbesondere Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- • Kreativ, textstark und mit einem guten Gespür für visuelle Gestaltung
- • Teamfähig und gleichzeitig selbstständig arbeitend
- • Freude am Austausch mit dem Vertrieb und am direkten Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg

Böblingen is located in the immediate vicinity of the state capital Stuttgart. We are located in the Software Center Böblingen/Sindelfingen, one of the largest industry-related technology centers in Europe. The location is very easy to reach by car as well as by public transport and offers sufficient free parking.
Our office
To ensure a pleasant and quiet working environment, there are no open-plan offices at crossbase. Usually two, at most three people sit in one room.
The advantages
With us you have flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation and up to 2 days of mobile working per week. Overtime can be compensated in the form of flexitime or paid out.
During the first few months you will have a mentor at your side and you will receive a thorough induction. This is done by experienced colleagues in the context of customer projects. Gradually, we will give you more responsibility.
