Übersicht
Wir suchen Unterstützung für unseren Vertrieb; idealerweise direkt bei unserem Vertriebsleiter in Wolfurt.
Die Aufgaben
- Telefonische und schriftliche Erstansprache von Interessenten
- Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Interessenten im CRM-System
- Qualifizierung und Bewertung von Leads
- Assistenz des Vertriebsleiters
- Erstellung und Versand von Informationsmaterialien
- Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen
- Abstimmungen mit dem Marketing und Planung von Aktivitäten
Die Anforderungen
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie ein selbstbewusstes, überzeugendes Auftreten
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Flexibilität und eine strukturierte Denkweise
- Verständnis und Interesse für Digitalisierungsthemen und den Vertrieb einer führenden Standardsoftware
Die Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Matura (DE: Abitur)
- Und: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium
- Wünschenswert: Erste Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Böblingen is located in the immediate vicinity of the state capital Stuttgart. We are located in the Software Center Böblingen/Sindelfingen, one of the largest industry-related technology centers in Europe. The location is very easy to reach by car as well as by public transport and offers sufficient free parking.
Our office
To ensure a pleasant and quiet working environment, there are no open-plan offices at crossbase. Usually two, at most three people sit in one room.
The advantages
With us you have flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation and up to 2 days of mobile working per week. Overtime can be compensated in the form of flexitime or paid out.
During the first few months you will have a mentor at your side and you will receive a thorough induction. This is done by experienced colleagues in the context of customer projects. Gradually, we will give you more responsibility.
